Bucket List: Cross country trip from Cali to New England in Sunchaser, with wife and Toby. 2-3 weeks to get there via small state roads, then ship the car home and fly or train back. I doubt it will happen, but man, it would be cool.

I live here. Had to drive from Stoon to Winnipeg for a wedding. It was a rough eight and a half hours. There was roughly one scenic spot for an hour, then nothing but canola and bugs.
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

This is an awesome idea. But I would do the flying/shipping the car part first and drive home.

I’ve been talking about doing a coast to coast trip for years with one caveat - I want to do it by bicycle. My wife says she wants to come along, but she wants to drive, not ride. The compromise is to get an RV. She would drive between camp sites and have time to sightsee or paint. I’d get to ride and have my own mobile house waiting for me at the end of the day.
Someday....
